About Reservations and Rooms

  • What is the maximum number of guests in the room?
    Dome tents are 2-6 people and dog villas are 2-4 people. All other rooms can accommodate 2-5 people.
  • How many beds are available?
    Private cabins have 4 beds and other rooms have 2 beds.
    If the number of guests exceeds the number of beds, we will prepare the additional futon mattresses.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. for dome tents and cabins, and 11:00 a.m. for villas.
  • Can I check in early or check out late?
    Early check-in and late check-out are not available.
  • How do I pay for my stay?
    We accept cash, credit card (Visa/Mastercard®/American Express/Diners Club/JCB/UnionPay), and electronic payment.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    The charges of cancellation or change of number of people are as follows
    ・31 days prior to reservation Free of charge
    ・30-15 days prior to the reservation 30%
    ・14 days prior to the day before the reservation 50%
    ・On the day of the reservation or no-show 100%
  • Is it possible to do one day trip?
    We only accept overnight stays.
  • Is it possible to use the room by myself?
    We accept a minimum of 2 people.
  • Are dogs allowed?
    You can stay with your dogs only in the [Dog Villa].
  • About facilities and equipment

  • What amenities are provided?
    Towel sets (bath, face, and body towels), shampoo, body soap, conditioner, hand soap, toothbrushes, pajamas, slippers, and hair dryers.
  • What facilities are available?
    The facilities are as follows
    [Dome Tent] and [Private Cabin] have a natural hot spring bath, sauna room, toilet
    [Suite Villa] and [Dog Villa] have a natural hot spring bath, sauna room, toilet, and dog run (Dog Villa only).
  • Is there air conditioning available?
    There is air conditioning in each cabin.
  • Is there Wi-Fi available?
    Yes, Wi-Fi is free for all guests. Please refer to the information booklet in your room for the password.
  • Is there a TV in the room?
    Only villa type rooms are equipped with a TV. We do not rent them out.
  • Is there electrical outlets available?
    Yes, extension cords are also available.
  • Are tableware provided?
    Yes, we provide tableware for the maximum number of guests. (4 kinds of plates, chopsticks, spoons, forks, knives, wine openers, pots and pans)
  • What seasonings are available?
    Salt and pepper are available. For the plan with meals, we also provide BBQ sauce and salad dressing.
  • Is there a refrigerator available?
    We have a refrigerator and freezer in each room.
  • Is BBQ available even if it rains?
    Yes, BBQ can be held indoors, so you can enjoy even on rainy days.
  • What are the hours of use for the pool?
    You can use the pool from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at night and from 8:00 am to 10:00 am in the morning.
    We do not allow guests to use the pool before check-in or after check-out.

  • Can I bring my own food in?
    Yes, you can. Even if you reserve a plan with meals, you can also bring your own food. There is no charge for bringing food. (We do not sell food at our facility.)
  • Is it possible to reserve only dinner or breakfast?
    Yes. Please select the meal you would like to have after choosing the overnight stay plan without meals.
  • Can I bring my own BBQ stove?
    We are sorry but you are not allowed to bring your own BBQ stove. No firearms are allowed to bring in.

  • Is there a convenience store or supermarket nearby?
    Convenience store is Lawson Fuji-Kawaguchiko Town Hall 3 minutes on foot. The supermarket Ogino Kawaguchiko is a 3-minute walk away.
  • Are fireworks and bonfires allowed?
    Fireworks and bonfires are not allowed to bring.
    There are fireplaces in the check-in building and in the center of the facility.
  • I have left something behind in the facility.
    We can only send it to you by post with payment on delivery. The storage period is 1 month. For perishables, we will dispose of thems immediately. Please contact us for details.
  • Can I bring in swim rings?
  • Do you provide pick-up service?
    We are sorry but we do not offer pick-up service.
